Things don’t always go as planned. Shoes don’t fit, items are damaged in transit, and sometimes your daughter just doesn’t like the colour of her beautiful new dress. For these instances – and anything else you can think of – we offer a 30-day return policy. As long as the item is in exactly the same condition that you received it, we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives back into our warehouse.
For issues like the item being damaged in transit, or if it’s not exactly as it was described on our website, we will handle the shipping fee. If it’s something else – like it not fitting quite the way you want, or if you decide that the colour is not for you – you will pay for the return shipping, but we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive it.
